Pureoutdoors NZ came to life to provide Eco-Adventures throughout Auckland's diverse environments, for both individuals and groups We are one of the premiere Adventure Education, Corporate Team Building, and Eco-Adventure Tourism providers in Auckland. Since our inception our stable of adventures and events has grown immensely in order to accommodate groups of all shapes and sizes.

Glenn Browne
Director
Glenn formed Pureoutdoors NZ Ltd, after many years of working in the Outdoor Education sector. He believes there is more to outdoor education than hard skills, "it's about understanding the environment and creating interactive personal experiences that become life changing."
Glenn holds several outdoor industry qualifications and is a roving assessor for Sports Fitness Recreation Industry Organisation. He is an active member of NZ Mountain Safety Council and is a member of the Huia Volunteer Fire Brigade as a Medical First Responder.
Glenn's background is in the hospitality industry as a chef and restaurant manager. It was this passion that opened the doors to the outdoors as a wilderness expedition chef. He is a real people's person, and loves nothing more than sharing local cuisine in pristine wilderness environments.
Adventure Racing has become his latest pastime and you are sure to see him out and about training in the Waitakere Ranges, he tells us there is nothing more relaxing than a 12 hour adventure race.
