The Flight Centre Board Breaking Conference Event

We recently held a learning and development conference day for our 50 finance and related businesses staff. When planning for the day we had wanted to include an activity that interacted and engaged the group whilst getting the participants out of their seats away from the power-points. Having used Glenn and his team from Pureoutdoors previously we decided to contact them again. Glenn presented a number of options to us and we decided to go with the 'Breaking Barrier's option.

Wow, the karate instructors were very impressive if not a little scary. The session lasted 2 hours with everyone in the group successfully breaking their board/barrier-a task that from the outset seemed impossible for many.

Glenn did a great job creating the analogy between breaking the bits of wood and conquering fears. Overall a great session!
