Looking to Catapult your team to Success?

 Good Leadership activity. Was really good to acknowledge and appreciate and listen to other people's perspectives - a great activity. Taught me to trust others and use their strengths to reach a common goal. Love the catapults - good message. Cool teambuilding practical learning for those of us who respond better that way. Great teambuilding and finale excellent for communication. Great to work in a team and produce a result in a team in a set amount of time. Glenn got us actually working in teams! This team building event can be designed to best fit with your desired learning outcome. Be it creating vision, setting goals or stay on target Catapult to Success will meet your needs.  

Catapult to Success: Teams will be required to demonstrate all their business house skills to define the images and create a working catapult. All images are taken from different perspectives; this will take clear communication, patients and reasoning to complete the challenge.  

Once the catapult is assembled then the true teamwork begins as they fine tune their catapult to reach it full potential.   

Our facilitators will run the event based on the desired outcomes. Whether they want the event to geared more towards fun, or more towards interpersonal relationships and team dynamics, our staff will tailor the briefing and debriefing to meet their needs.
