The Nature of Teamwork is an experiential, interactive, programme designed to challenge, motivate and energise your team. We blend a mixture of physical and non-physical team initiatives that are tailored to meet your team's physical abilities. These are challenging and fun, but need not be a test of human endurance. The activities are certainly exciting outdoors. However, they can easily be shifted indoors in the case of inclement weather.

This high-energy program requires participants to adopt the "Kiwi #8 wire" approach to creative problem solving (when resources may include only pineapple lumps, jandals and #8 wire), testing their kiwi ingenuity in planning, strategising, and out-of-the-box thinking. Requiring your team to find innovative solutions to a number of in-depth initiatives will challenge their brains, not to mention their laugh meters.We will deliver a series of fun practical tools to encourage participants to explore how they view creative thinking, innovation, brainstorming & problem solving. This is a hands-on active session which will focus on Kindred Relationships, Imagination, Creative Boundaries, Natures Inventions, Prejudgments & Unwarranted Assumptions, and Restrictions of Habit.

Juggling and learning how to juggle provide numerous team building and motivational opportunities. Juggling exercises are great warm-ups for training and conferences - juggling is fun, different and memorable. Juggling, and learning how to juggle are mentally and physically stimulating. The process of juggling, and learning how to juggle also provides a good analogy for the learning process - the way the mind and body learn and develop new skills.

Are you looking for an "edgy" teambuilding event designed to build trust and practice coaching skills? The fear of mouse traps will be explored as we facilitate a sequence of trust based activities. Participants will share their fears, learn to slap loaded traps and work as a team to create a loaded trap tower. Individuals are encouraged to coach each other as they face their fears.

This team building event can be designed to best fit with your desired learning outcome. Be it creating vision, setting goals or staying on target Catapult to Success will meet your needs. Teams will be required to demonstrate all their personal and team strengths to define the images and create a working catapult. All images are taken from different perspectives; this will take clear communication, patience and reasoning to complete the challenge. Once the catapult is assembled then the true teamwork begins as they fine tune their catapult to reach it's full potential.
