WOW what a fantastic summer & it keeps getting better....
For me this has to be one of the best so far. Tacky prawn cocktails, fish & chips with the family and friends on Christmas Day, lots of fun old school games to top it off. Car camping in the central North Island, how kiwi is it watching Dads build their castles for the family holidays. Our neighbor Dennis at one camp was my Kiwi Camping hero for 2010, what a pad he created for his wonderful whanau. Loads of great Kiwi sounds on offer…Highlife. Magic Mountain Matakana & Splore….. too much wine and fantastic local produce…..TUMEKE NZ…my latest word & yes I do have the T-shirt
Now I put my head up & it’s nearly March……..Things are really rocking around here and we have loads of the action on our Facebook page. From customised Master BBQ- Chef NZ, Pimp my Trolley and loads more little this to keep you thinking, sometimes laughing. We have decided to put a lot more energy into making sure our FB has it all versus more boring email newsletters. Jump on there today……I think its tumeke, check out events ideas, see what’s happening out there in the world of Teams. All our events are customised to meet your outcomes so they are for ever changing.

How hard is it get back into the swing? How is you team feeling about being back?
Capture the energy; people have great stories to tell about summer adventures, the weather is fantastic. All I can say its time to build on that energy and keep it alive. Here are a few really easy ways to keep it alive and share their wonderful stories.
Hold a Summer FUN Snap Competition, create fun entertaining categories
- Your classic kiwi summer store
- The Best Great Kiwi BBQ effort
- NO that’s definitely not going on Facebook photo
Have some fun with it, push the envelope with them. Invite workmates play with the idea and create something that fits with your team goals and where you are heading this year. Everyone has a story to tell so this is a fantastic way to live stories worth telling……
Oh no not a goal setting meeting……boring
Does it really have to be that boring? Once again pick up on the energy that summer brings. People have I hope had a bit time to reflect on last year and are looking forward to a more positive future.
Can you go to the park bush beach to do it….some where inspiring Use interesting and interactive tools,Funky Flags. Pipecleaners Fun stuff you can play with. Encourage teams to share their goals.

Pureoutdoors have been running The Great Kiwi BBQ-Off for over 4 years now, everyone loves it. It’s competitive, engaging and very creative and loads of fun. We have now taken to new heights as teams will compete against Pureoutdoors Master BBQ Chef, there can only be winner. All teams will need to compete in several quick fire challenges as well as design & cook a two course meal on their BBQs. Teams will be supported by a professional Chef to help with ideas, cooking techniques, presentation and much more.
