'NEW' Spinning their Wheels Team Building Event

Looking for an interactive fun feel good event?

Spinning their Wheels is your answer.

Each member of your team will help build a Children’s Bike in their kiwi shed that will change the life of a child/ community.  This Kiwi Back Shed Teambuilding experience will touch your hearts and inspire your minds. It is filled with fun and excitement, as well as skills and team development. Teams must work strategically to determine who has the tools and experiences to do what challenges. Some challenges require the whole team to complete, other just 2 team members. After an initial welcoming to their sheds and a few words from Mr #8 wire himself, your teams will participate in a series of custom problem-solving activities and challenges to meet your conference theme, during which teams will learn and practice powerful new skills. 5 in the conference room and 5 outside of venue – GPS, locating characters, using public transport – purchasing items and performing versus un tasks

Once an activity has been completed, teams can choose to begin building their bike, or they may choose to move straight into the next task. This is the decision of each team, as they strive to complete tasks in order to earn the bike pieces and build the bike all at the same time. Once all pieces have been collected, the final stages of building the bike can be completed. With the bike fully built, each team must bring their bike to a qualified mechanic who will give the bike the “once over” and report on any defects to the judges.
Your “customers” are local underprivileged children to whom your team will present the Bike-though neither your team members nor the children are aware you are about to share an extraordinary experience together (so please, DO NOT TELL YOUR TEAM about the SOMETHING building or the donation of SOMETHING to the kids before your event).
